Agnes El Ten is a passionate painter, born and raised in Lebanon.

She moved to Sweden in 2018 and has continued to develop her artistic journey ever since. With a Magister degree in art and several years of experience as a school art teacher, she has built a meaningful and creative path that she is glad to share with others.

Art has been her refuge since childhood. She has always been fascinated by the way colours and shapes can stir emotion and tell stories that words sometimes cannot convey. Over the years she has explored different media, but the versatility of acrylic and oil has become her chief means of expression. Every brushstroke carries her search for depth, feeling and presence.

Her style is marked by vivid colour and a harmonious blend of realism, figurative expression and abstraction. People and the cultures she encounters inspire her far beyond the walls of her studio. She sees art as a universal language that connects people on a profound level, and she strives to create work that sparks conversation, moves people and holds their attention.
